Welcome to 247 Developments (2008)
Aimed primarily at the 4mm modeller we manufacture & supply an ever growing range of steam era nameplates, smoke box plates, headboards, shed codes and works plates. The big four and British Railways are well represented. Some pre grouping material is also available. Commission work is welcomed; please see the Commissions page then call to discuss your requirements. There is a small amount of 2mm & 7mm material available and this will be listed soon.
Etched brass coach sides and a range of kits for: Southern Ironclads, Tavern cars, 6-car Bullied Bournemouth set and Southern Post Office vans. TPO vehicles for the LMS, LNWR and GWR are complemented by a varied selection of suitable passenger stock coach sides and kits. We also carry a wealth of detailing parts including: bogies, battery boxes, truss rods, vacuum cylinders, roof vents, hooded vents, coach ends, roof profiles, stones dynamos, gas cylinders, scissors gangways, handles and transfers,
Loco detailing parts include: Drivers, crank pins, bearings, three link couplings, nuts, bolts and a selection of cast white metal parts even a baffle plate for the Lanky pug that worked under the LOR.
